第一百一十七条 公安机关作出吊销许可证件、处四千元以上罚款的治安管理处罚决定或者采取责令停业整顿措施前，应当告知违反治安管理行为人有权要求举行听证；违反治安管理行为人要求听证的，公安机关应当及时依法举行听证。
第一百二十一条 被处罚人、被侵害人对公安机关依照本法规定作出的治安管理处罚决定，作出的收缴、追缴决定，或者采取的有关限制性、禁止性措施等不服的，可以依法申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼。
